Theresa Franklin has extensive experience in the field of intellectual disabilities services, currently serving as the Director of ID Services at Bell Socialization Services since August 1997. Franklin holds several certifications, including ODP QM and medication administration, and is a certified investigator for incident management and a CPS trainer. Additionally, Franklin has worked as the Assistant Director of ID Services and has held various roles at Shadowfax Corp, including Direct Support Professional. Franklin also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York, teaching personal care home administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from Ashford University and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from HACC.
