Dr. Sachs is passionate in his pursuit of cardiovascular disease stabilization and prevention, early disease detection, and maximizing quality of life. He believes this is best accomplished through a collaborative relationship with his patients. A graduate of UC San Diego, Dr. Sachs received his MD from the American University of the Caribbean, then interned and undertook his residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center of Richmond. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been recognized as a “Best Doctor” in San Diego and Nationally.
He is also an active staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas, Medical Director at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities, Advisory Staff for the San Diego Alzheimers Association, and an Advisory Member for the Biomedical Research Institutional Review Board.
