Andra Nechifor is a Technical Customer Support Representative at Shadow, providing assistance to B2C and B2B customers with technical issues since June 2023. Previous experience includes roles at GASH S.R.L. as an Operatore Burger King, and a short-term position as a Hostess for the G20 in Venice. Andra completed an internship with ItalyPost focused on event planning and collaborated with the Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia call center to assist students. Academic achievements include a Master in Digital Marketing from start2impact, a Laurea magistrale in Sviluppo interculturale dei sistemi turistici from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, and a Laurea triennale in Lingue, civiltà e scienze del linguaggio from the same university. Additionally, Andra participated in an Erasmus exchange at Università di Stoccolma and holds a Diploma di Ragioneria from Istituto Tecnico Statale Giacinto Girardi.
