Seshen is a seasoned professional in procurement and product development, currently serving as the Capex Procurement Manager at Jindal Shadeed Iron and Steel since December 2023. Previously, as Head of NPD & Premium Products at Orient Cement, Seshen successfully launched two premium products, Birla.A1 OrientGreen and Birla. At HIL Limited, involvement in the Strategy Office led to the identification of new revenue streams and strategic business expansion through the analysis of the construction industry. A role at National Engineering Industries Ltd. focused on digitizing procurement and material management processes, improving efficiency and vendor management. Seshen's analytical skills were further demonstrated during a summer analyst position at American Express, where advanced risk profiling techniques were applied to enhance customer credit default predictions. Seshen holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
