Shoeb Hakeem is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst at Shabakkat KSA, a member of IPT PowerTech Group, since November 2019, focusing on business performance management, analysis, process improvement, and governance. Significant achievements include the introduction of the OKR system for performance management and leadership in Power BI development and administration, enhancing reporting and analytics across various departments. Previously, Shoeb Hakeem served as Manager of HRIS & Analytics at Shabakkat from November 2009 to November 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining HRIS applications and databases, and successfully managing a business process re-engineering project.
