Yolanda Dulaze is currently a Trainee Underwriter in the Digital Distribution Department at SHA Risk Specialists, a position held since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Temporary Receptionist at ONLY the BEST, with assignments at various companies such as Absa Business Banking and Sanlam, and as a Sales Consultant at Clientele Life, focusing on Funeral and Legal plans. Previously, Yolanda worked as a Sales Agent at O'Keefe and Swartz, specializing in funeral plans for Standard Bank and FNB, and sold legal policies for FNB. Initial experience was gained as a Shop Assistant at Factorie, managing transactions and customer assistance. Yolanda's educational background includes a Matric degree from Hoerskool die Fakkel and ongoing studies for a Higher Certificate in Short-term Insurance at Milpark Education, expected to complete in 2025.
