Jane Tan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jane is currently working as the Head of Client Relation Services at SGX since May 2021. Before joining SGX, they worked at GREAT EASTERN for three years, where they held the role of Engagement and Quality Manager in the Regional Group Operations department from June 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engagement and Quality Manager from July 2018 to June 2019. Jane also has experience working at DBS Bank, where they served as a Service Team Manager in the Contact Centre from July 2017 to July 2018. In addition, they worked at ANZ for five years, starting as a Service Team Manager in Signature Priority Banking from December 2012 to July 2017. Their earliest work experience includes roles at HSBC, where they served as a Team Manager in the Premier Connect Team from March 2010 to December 2012 and as a Service Relationship Manager in HSBC International from June 2008 to March 2010.

Jane Tan has a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from the University of London.
