Naresh Kumar has extensive work experience in the IT and insurance industries. Naresh started their career as the President & CEO of SGTech Solutions in 2010, where they provided IT solutions and staffing services to various industries. In 2011, Naresh joined SG Insurance Services as the President, focusing on providing insurance back-office outsourcing services.

Naresh Kumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Andhra University. Naresh has also obtained a certification in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in 2021.
