Ray Shackelford has extensive experience in account management, sales, and customer service within the graphic and printing industries. Currently serving as a Global Account Director and previously holding roles such as Vice President, General Manager, and Business Unit Manager at SGS & Co since January 2001, Ray has demonstrated progressive leadership and strategic development. Prior positions include New Business Development, Sales Manager, and Customer Service Manager at Southern Graphic Systems from June 1995 to January 2000, as well as Customer Service Manager at Wilson Engraving Co. and Sales Representative roles at Banta and Wilson Engraving Co. Ray's educational background includes attendance at Dallas College and graduating from East Fairmont High School.
