Janet Vergis is an accomplished board director with extensive experience across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and consumer packaged goods. Currently serving as a board director for SGS, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Dentsply Sirona, and Church & Dwight, Janet holds leadership roles in several committees, further demonstrating expertise in compliance, governance, and science and technology. Previous roles include board director at Medday Pharmaceuticals and Amneal Pharmaceuticals, as well as executive advisor to private equity firms. Janet has also held significant positions such as CEO of OraPharma Inc. and president of Janssen Inc.
