Abdul Rahman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as the Reliability Engineering Manager at Oji Fibre Solutions since February 2022. Prior to this role, Abdul was the Engineering Manager at Fonterra, where leadership of diverse teams and management of capital projects were key responsibilities. Experience includes positions at Norske Skog Tasman Limited, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney, where technical accountability and process improvement were central to operations. Abdul holds a Master’s degree in Industrial System and Engineering with a focus on Quality & Reliability Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering, both from the National University of Singapore.
