Benjamin van Marle is an experienced professional currently serving as Gemeenteraadslid at SGP since May 2022, focusing on the representation of citizens, policy framework establishment, and oversight of the mayor and councilors. In addition, Benjamin holds the position of Head of Marketing and Subscriptions at Erdee Media Groep from December 2019, where responsibilities include strategic planning, managing the marketing organization, and overseeing budget adherence. Previous roles include positions at ENGIE Energie Nederland NV, where responsibilities spanned contract management and invoicing for both business and consumer markets, alongside experience in customer satisfaction research at Zonneplan and a marketing thesis project with KRC Van Elderen. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen and has completed a Pre-Master in Marketing at the same university, as well as an Excellent Marketing Route at Windesheim.
