Shane Holland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in plant and facility management. Currently serving as Site Director at SGL Carbon since August 2018, Shane oversees the Morganton Site operations. Prior to this role, Shane was the Site Services Manager at the same facility, focusing on project engineering and maintenance. From September 2002 to August 2018, Shane contributed to Baxter International Inc. as Facility/Utility Manager, managing a team of 70 employees, and also served as Project Engineer. Earlier in the career, Shane worked as Plant Engineer at Spectrum Dyed Yarns from January 2000 to September 2002. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
