Sally Anne Friedlander FCPHR possesses extensive experience in operational leadership and human resources across various sectors, including government and construction. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SGCH since October 2022, previous roles include Deputy Secretary for People Performance and Culture at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, and Executive Director of People & Performance at Health Infrastructure. Friedlander's background encompasses significant positions in organisational development, change management, and learning initiatives at companies such as Novo Rail Alliance, Laing O’Rourke, and John Holland. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in HRM, OD, OE, People Development, Employment & Labour Law from Charles Sturt University, and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM at UNSW Business School, along with various degrees in Adult Education.
