Chloe Huang serves as the Director of Service Development at SG Enable since May 2021, where responsibilities include providing person-centric support to individuals with disabilities and their caregivers to enhance their quality of life. Chloe previously held the position of Deputy Director for Early Intervention at the Early Childhood Development Agency, focusing on support for children with developmental needs. Prior experience also includes roles at the Ministry of Social and Family Development as Senior Assistant Director for Rehabilitation and Protection Policy, and Assistant Director overseeing social enterprise policy and programme development. Earlier positions involved engaging with international non-profits, developing policies for individuals with disabilities, and creating community engagement initiatives. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Management Science from the National University of Singapore.
