Aurelie FUTOL has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Directrice Recrutement for SFEIR in Paris and Nantes since June 2015. In this role, Aurelie participates in the Paris Direction Committee and the group entity committee, focusing on recruitment strategy and organizational development while providing managerial support and enhancing team dynamics. Prior to SFEIR, Aurelie was a recruitment consultant at Sinclair Ressources from 2014 to 2015, specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment in finance and logistics. Additionally, Aurelie held the position of Chef de la publicité at Urgence Média from 2010 to 2014, where responsibilities included marketing advertising spaces for local and prominent radio stations.
