Barak Ben-Ezer has a diverse work experience dating back to 1997. Barak began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served in various research and development roles for five years. In 2004, they worked as a Summer Financial Analyst at Carlton Group.

Barak's career then took him to Microsoft Corporation, where they worked as a Program Manager in the Mobile Devices Division from 2006 to 2008. Barak was responsible for managing the location scenario for Windows Mobile and overseeing the execution of an end-to-end location scenario.

After that, Barak co-founded Libra Festival in 2008, which was the first iPhone application development studio in Israel. Barak led the development and marketing of iFog, an entertainment application for the iPhone, which became a top-ranked app worldwide. Additionally, they provided consultation to corporations on leveraging the iPhone app store.

In 2009, Barak co-founded LibraTrade and served as CEO until 2012. The company pioneered advanced financial trading platforms for mobile devices, recognizing the potential for traders to react to market signals while on the go.

From 2015 to 2018, Barak was the CEO and co-founder of Neema - Banking the Unbanked. During their tenure, they worked towards providing banking services to the unbanked population.

Currently, Barak is the CEO and Founder of SFB Technologies, Inc. Under their leadership, the company is building the infrastructure for countries to issue digital money. SFB Technologies is the appointed organizer by the Marshall Islands to design and develop the world's first digital legal tender, the Sovereign (SOV).
