Kim Fernandes-Kemp currently serves as a Law Clerk at the Australian Government Solicitor, with responsibilities including coordinating applications in the Federal Court for winding up insolvent companies and administering Creditor’s Petitions and bankruptcy applications. Previous experience includes a Research Intern role at the Victoria Law Foundation, where research focused on access to justice in Victoria, and an Education Administration Officer position at Parkinson's Victoria. Kim's early career includes roles as a Team Leader and Traineeship Coordinator at Grill'd Healthy Burgers, an Enterprise Risk Support Officer at the Country Fire Authority, and a Team Member at Feeling Fruity. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from the University of Melbourne, alongside completing the International Baccalaureate at Wesley College.
