Denice Tokunaga is a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where since November 2019, representation has included nearly 200 build-to-suit and acquisition transactions, amounting to over 128 million square feet of warehouse, distribution, and last mile facility space. In addition to an active real estate practice, Denice serves as the co-managing partner of Seyfarth’s Seattle office and leads the Seattle Real Estate team. Previous positions include Partner at Summit Law Group, where work involved private and public companies, developers, government entities, utilities, and institutional investors, and Principal at Riddell Williams P.S. Denice has also held roles at Van Ness Feldman GordonDerr and Hughes & Luce, LLP. Denice holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies from Austin College.
