Alnisa Bell is a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, with a comprehensive background in litigation involving discrimination claims based on race, age, sex, national origin, religion, and disability, as well as cases of sexual and racial harassment. Alnisa serves as national counsel for an insurance company regarding ERISA claims and represents clients in the financial services sector in FINRA arbitrations, successfully defending against whistleblower claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP focused on commercial litigation, and a Law Clerk for The Honorable Carmen Messano in the Superior Court of New Jersey's Appellate Division. Alnisa holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
