M. Doug Ginn Jr., LCSW, is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and behavioral health, currently serving as the President of Child and Family Services at Sevita since October 2021. Prior to this role, M. Doug Ginn Jr. held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Promises Behavioral Health from September 2019 to October 2021 and served as COO and Senior Executive Vice President at Strategic Behavioral Health from September 2009 to September 2019. Previous experience includes leadership roles at UHS Lakeside Behavioral Health and a private practice under Ginn & Assoc from 1996 to 2007. M. Doug Ginn Jr. obtained a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine and holds two degrees from The University of Memphis: a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
