Dmitry Li is an experienced professional in marketing, operations, and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Operations for Metallurgical Feedstock at Severstal since June 2020. Prior to this role, Dmitry held various positions at SIBUR from November 2012 to May 2020, including Project Manager, where leadership in developing a supply chain optimization tool resulted in significant cost savings. Additional roles at SIBUR encompassed Supply Chain Manager and Senior Expert in Sales Marketing. Dmitry co-founded Axellance Group and served as Financial Director from November 2012 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes project management at State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and consulting at PwC. Dmitry holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, earned between 2004 and 2010.
