Patrick Lillyman is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Severn Trent Water since June 2017, Patrick previously held the position of Internal Communications Manager at Babcock International Group from September 2015 to May 2017. Prior roles at TUI included Engagement and Internal Communications Manager, Internal Communications Manager, and Retail Communications and Campaigns Manager, where responsibility encompassed developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies across various business functions. Patrick’s educational background includes studies at Princethorpe College from 1995 to 1999.
