Kristian Russell has a comprehensive background in customer strategy and journey optimization, currently serving as Customer Retail Strategy Lead and previously as Customer Journey Specialist and Strategic Planner at Severn Trent since September 2015. Additionally, Kristian has held the position of Customer Assurance Manager at Severn Trent since April 2017. Prior experience includes studying at the University of Chester, where a Bachelor's Degree in Geography was earned from 2012 to 2015, and participation in work experience at Michon in 2010. Kristian completed secondary education at Joseph Whitaker Secondary School from 2005 to 2012.
