Hayley O'Malley has extensive experience in the water treatment industry, having worked at Severn Trent since August 2010 in various leadership roles, including Head of Water Treatment, Head of Asset Strategy and Planning, and Business Leader Operations Non-Infra. O'Malley has been responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of above-ground water and wastewater treatment assets in Warwickshire. Prior to this, O'Malley held several positions at Severn Trent Water from August 2005 to August 2010, including Regional Water Production Manager South and Water Quality Compliance Manager. O'Malley holds a Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Water and Environmental Science from the University of Bristol and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
