Mark Carwardine CMgr MCMI BA (Hons) is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Severn Area Rescue Association since May 2013, Mark has also held positions such as Deputy Executive Chairman. Additionally, Mark is the Operations Director at Forest Steps Ltd and STEP-A-SIDE CARE, with a long-standing role at Step-A-Side Co Ltd since June 2001. Previously, Mark served as Principal at MOR HAFREN / SEVERN SEA SCHOOL LTD and as Managing Director at No-Size-Fits-All Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management, a Level 4 PTLLS, a Registered Managers Award (Level 4), and a BA in Geography from Liverpool University.
