Robert Kaczowka is a Recruitment Business Manager at Sevenstep, a global leader in recruitment outsourcing, since May 2013. In this role, Robert oversees talent acquisition solutions that enhance business performance for enterprise clients worldwide. Prior experiences include positions as Recruitment Business Partner, Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter at Sevenstep. Prior to joining Sevenstep, Robert participated in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, where skills in guest service and networking were developed. Robert also served as a Communications Intern for Syracuse University's Athletic Communications in the summer of 2011. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting-Mass Communication from the State University of New York at Oswego, earned in 2011.
