Jacinta Allerston is an accomplished professional in the talent acquisition field, currently serving as Director of Talent Services at Sevenstep since June 2016. With a background that includes various roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, and Lead Sourcer at UnitedHealth Group, as well as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Resourcing Business Partner at SC Johnson, Jacinta has extensive experience in recruitment outsourcing and talent management. Prior to these positions, Jacinta worked at Equifax and Set2Recruit Ltd, focusing on sourcing and screening IT candidates. Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Exeter, complemented by educational experiences at City College Plymouth and Arts University Plymouth.
