Courtney Kowalski is an experienced professional in both recruitment and education. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter in Talent Services at Sevenstep since June 2021, Courtney has honed skills in full-cycle recruitment while working with major clients such as CVS, Aetna, and UniFirst. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Sevenstep, a global leader in recruitment outsourcing. Before transitioning to recruitment, Courtney worked in various educational roles, including Special Education Teacher and In-Class Support Teacher, across multiple school districts from 2016 to 2021. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Nevada, Reno.
