Sabeen Syed is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Ockam since July 2022, Sabeen has previously held significant roles at HashiCorp, including Director of Engineering for the Consul product, where responsibility included managing engineering teams and enhancing user experiences in Service Mesh applications. Prior experience at Rackspace involved managing teams across various internal tools and OpenStack projects, driving inter-team collaboration, and implementing efficient methodologies. Earlier roles at PayPal, Dell, and Teradata contributed to a strong foundation in software engineering and performance optimization. Sabeen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from GIKI.
