Lauren Thomas is a Capital Markets Analyst at Settle since October 2024, previously serving the same role at Orchard from March 2020 to October 2024, with prior experience in various analytical and operational roles within the company. Lauren began a career in finance at Bombas as a Customer Happiness Intern and further expanded skills as a Business Development Intern at Markets Media, where significant contributions included engaging financial technology executives and organizing a major event in collaboration with Google. Early experiences included a production management internship at Happy Marshall Productions, where involvement supported the creation of a docu-series nominated for a Daytime Emmy. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Babson College, earned in 2019, and graduated from East Brunswick High School in 2015.
