Marcelle Stewart is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Engagement at settle since September 2024, leading a team to implement the People Strategy aligned with settle's 2030 plan. Prior to this role, Marcelle held the position of People Projects Director at Brooke Weston Trust, overseeing various people initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Gi Group Holding, where responsibilities included HR leadership across multiple brands and managing employment relations for over 6,000 workers. Marcelle's expertise also encompasses strategic HR partnership and project management in multiple organizations, including Randstad UK and International SOS. Marcelle holds a BA(Hons) in Hispanic Studies from UCL.
