Clayton-Alexis Croes has a solid work experience spanning several years in the field of information security and risk advisory. Clayton-Alexis began their career as an Internship IT Consultant at Centric in September 2015 and concluded in February 2016. Croes then transitioned to a Graduation Internship Projectmanager role at Centric, where they were responsible for managing projects from October 2016 to May 2017.

In 2018, Croes joined BDO as a Master's Thesis Business Information, conducting research in the field of business information. Later that year, they moved to Deloitte Dutch Caribbean as a Risk Advisory Consultant, providing consulting services in risk management. Clayton-Alexis held this role from November 2018 to May 2020.

Currently, Croes is working at SETAR NV as an Information Security Officer, a role they started in June 2020. Clayton-Alexis has now progressed to the position of Information Security Manager in May 2023.

Clayton-Alexis Croes has a Master's degree in Information Science/Studies - Business Information Systems (track) from the University of Amsterdam, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017.

Clayton-Alexis also holds the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate, Level 2: Certified Associate, and Level 1: Certified Associate certifications from Fortinet, which they obtained in March 2021, October 2020, and June 2020, respectively. Additionally, they hold the BiSL Foundation certification, but the month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
