He is currently the COO and founding partner of Set of X, where he oversees the assembly of high-caliber technical talent to deliver engineering services. Prior to this, he served as a General Partner at Old Line Capital Partners, focusing on early-stage technology startups. With a background at companies such as Praxis Engineering and General Dynamics Mission Systems, Quentin has a wealth of experience in business development and operations, contributing to the growth and success of these organizations. He holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
