Royer Robayo began their work experience in 2016 as a Junior Estimator at Grade Construction. After a few months, they joined SESI Consulting Engineers in October 2016 as a Staff Engineer. In this role, they conducted ground evaluations, ground improvements, and provided other consulting services. Recently, in June 2021, Royer transitioned to the position of Assistant Project Engineer I at SESI Consulting Engineers.

Royer Robayo completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician in the timeframe of 2012 to 2016 from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
