Raphy Abano has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. In 2019, they joined Servus Credit Union as a Team Lead - Scrum Master Centre of Expertise, where they served as a servant leader and coached the Scrum Master COE on Agile best practices. Raphy also took on the role of RTE for the Servus Program Increments, promoting transformative mindsets and valuable outcomes.

Prior to this, Abano worked at Riva CRM Integration as a Scrum Master, ensuring the seamless synchronization of multiple CRM systems to enterprise email platforms. As a Scrum Master, they guided development teams in Agile methodologies and drove successful Agile transformations, resulting in improved collaboration and benefits realization for marketing campaigns.

Abano also had experience at BaseCorp Learning Systems as a Course Developer and interim Scrum Master. Raphy was responsible for creating eLearning courses and managing the Agile development of the company's SaaS product.

In the field of project management, Abano served as a Project Manager at Amplomedia, overseeing production teams for motion graphics and e-learning courses. Raphy also worked as a Video Game Producer at TOSE PHILIPPINES INC and a Producer/Product Planner at Menue Americas Corporation.

Abano's early career included roles such as a Producer at Kuju Manila, where they managed video game development projects and contributed to production work, and an Assistant Creative Manager at Robinsons Land Corporation.

Raphy began their career as a Graphic Artist, working at Grafikoncepts and Designs and Philtranco Service Enterprises, Inc. in various design and marketing roles.

Raphy Abano attended De La Salle - College of St. Benilde from 1999 to 2002, where they completed a degree in AB-Multimedia Arts. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at La Salle Greenhills from 1995 to 1999. In terms of certifications, Raphy has obtained several credentials, including ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile. Raphy is also a SAFe® 4 Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., and holds a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
