Jeremy McNeil, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Servus Credit Union since September 2022. Previously, Jeremy held various senior managerial roles in human resources at CNOOC International from January 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included HR Business Partnering and Global Integration. Prior experience includes positions at Cenovus Energy, where Jeremy focused on organizational design and HR business partnerships, and roles at Talisman Energy with a focus on talent management and HR operations. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
