Amanda Marchetti has extensive work experience in operations and continuous improvement. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Servotronics, Inc. Since joining Integer Holdings Corporation in 2016, Amanda has held several roles including Senior Manager of Operations, Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement, and Senior Manager of Lean and Supply Chain. Prior to Integer Holdings Corporation, they worked at Greatbatch Medical as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, and also served as a Lean Facilitator. Amanda began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they led various lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Amanda Marchetti earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Amanda then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda also obtained additional certifications. One of these certifications is an ISO 13485 Internal Auditor certification, which they obtained from UB TCIE in October 2013. Amanda also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the same institution, although the exact date of obtaining it is unknown.
