Annahy Martinez Flores has extensive experience in human resources and psychology, currently serving as Asistente de Gestión del Talento Humano and previously as Auxiliar de Selección at Servosa since October 2021. Prior to this role, Annahy worked at TeamWork Consultores Perú SAC from February 2020 to September 2021 as Auxiliar de Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal and Trainee Profesional de Reclutamiento y Selección, focusing on recruitment processes and performance evaluations. Annahy also gained valuable experience as a Practicante de Psicología Educativa at Institución Educativa Víctor Núñez Valencia, where responsibilities included psychological diagnostics and program design, and as a Practicante de Psicología Clínica at Hospital Regional PNP, focusing on therapeutic plans. Academically, Annahy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Santa María and is an alumna of the same institution.
