Lorelai Marchidan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Servier since November 2002. Prior to this role, Lorelai held the position of Group HR Director at HEINEKEN, overseeing HR processes across seven breweries from 1999 to 2001. Earlier in the career, Lorelai worked as a Recruitment Officer at Unilever from 1997 to 1999. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Open University, an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and a degree in Philology from the University of Bucharest.
