Mike Montgomery, CSP, CHST, is an experienced safety professional with a robust background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Safety Manager for Servicon Systems Inc. since April 2022, Mike has achieved a 50% reduction in the Business Unit's Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). Previous roles include Safety Manager at Nextlink Internet, where responsibilities encompassed designing safety programs and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and Field Safety Manager at Larrett Energy Services, focusing on implementing risk management practices to minimize occupational hazards. Mike has extensive law enforcement experience, having served as a Senior Special Agent at Union Pacific Railroad and in the Fort Worth Police Department's Special Operations Bureau.
