Mike Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as an Enablement Manager and Implementation Manager at ServiceTitan since April 2022, Mike guides clients through the functionality of the software while coordinating project timelines and managing implementation risks. Prior to this role, Mike was the Tap Room Manager at Stone Brewing from September 2012 to June 2022, where leadership and customer experience were prioritized.
