Lead Customer Success Manager at ServiceTitan

Angelia Sjobeck began their work experience in 2014 at Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air. Angelia served as an Accounting/HR/Payroll/Office Manager until September 2020. In September 2020, they joined ServiceTitan as a Customer Success Manager, Mid Market. Angelia eventually became the Lead Customer Success Manager in March 2022.

Angelia Sjobeck received a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from Wayland Baptist University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied Psychology as a transfer student at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they are expected to obtain a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager from ServiceTitan in 2023.
