Eduard Julhakyan is a seasoned professional in customer support and technical operations, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Support and Customer Support Operations Manager at ServiceTitan Armenia since June 2019. Eduard began a career in technical support at Ucom LLC and served as a NOC Engineer at iCON communications.
