Supriya Saripalli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and technical management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations at ServiceNow since May 2019, Supriya leads strategic planning and growth initiatives for the Egypt center and oversees quarterly progress reporting for business operations in India and Egypt. Previously, roles at ServiceNow included leading efforts in the India Development Center to define a three-year roadmap, as well as managing outbound product marketing. As Co-Founder and Executive Program Manager at PureSynth Technologies Pvt Ltd, Supriya directed successful digitization and GIS projects with Indian Railways, achieving significant sales growth and successful government tender applications. Earlier experience includes technical marketing and program management roles at Oracle Corp and other technology firms, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
