Prerna Aggarwal serves as the Senior Director of Product Design at ServiceNow since November 2021, where Prerna leads a global team in delivering exceptional experiences across six business units and directs the company's cloud strategy, including the Gen AI vision for pilot products. Previously, Prerna was the Design Leadership Mentor at First Round Fast Track and the Head of Product Design at Palo Alto Networks, overseeing successful cloud security products. Additional roles include Head of UX Design and Research at Vera Security, Lead UX Designer at Ziff Davis, and UI/UX Designer at The Walt Disney Company. Prerna started the career as a software engineer with experience at Accenture Services and RITES LTD.
