Nichole Francis Reynolds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and public policy. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Government Relations at ServiceNow since September 2020, Nichole builds and manages a global government relations team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Prior to this role, Nichole was Vice President of Government and Public Affairs at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, where responsibilities included managing advocacy efforts on behalf of 27 corporate members. Nichole has also held significant positions at Mastercard, the U.S. House of Representatives, and in various legal capacities, demonstrating expertise in legislative matters, public policy, and political strategy. Nichole holds a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Eastern Michigan University and a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
