Mitch Shaw is an accomplished professional in the field of solution consulting and engineering, currently serving as the AVP of Solution Consulting for Customer & Industry Workflows at ServiceNow. With extensive experience in leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Solution Engineering, Mitch has demonstrated expertise in driving solution engineering initiatives.
