Maureen Williams is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP Finance at ServiceNow since July 2022, Maureen previously spent over two decades at Cisco, where notable positions included Senior Director of WW Sales Change Management, overseeing complex sales transformation initiatives, and Senior Director of WW Sales Talent Programs, providing strategic leadership for training and development programs. Additional roles at Cisco involved leading organizational design and transformation efforts and serving as Chief of Staff in the Sales Operations team. Maureen's earlier career includes positions such as HR Director at MCI WorldCom and Human Resources Director at the National Association of REALTORS®. Maureen holds a degree from Randolph-Macon College.
