Joe Honess is an experienced advisory solution consultant specializing in the financial services and employee workflows sectors at ServiceNow since April 2022. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Visier Inc. as a People Analytics and Planning Account Executive and Senior Solution Consultant from October 2017 to March 2022. Joe began a career at Oracle in various positions, including HCM Solution Consultant and Consultant roles from November 2012 to October 2017, where the focus was on showcasing cloud solutions and supporting the HCM Presales organization throughout the EMEA region. Additionally, Joe briefly served as an Oracle HCM Consultant at Accenture from November 2014 to September 2015. Joe holds a degree in Computer Studies with a focus on Information Technology from Liverpool John Moores University.
